Barry and I went to The Marriott to celebrate my 10 years (actually, it will be 11 in December!) @ Children's Hospital. My Mom came over and watched the kids for us. I really LOVE my job and I have made some wonderful friends there. You know you love your job when it doesn't even feel like "work"! I love taking care of babies. Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Sydney has been asking for a hamster for some time now. I'll have to admit...I want one, too! They are so cute. We went to PetSmart and got him and all of his "accessories" a few days before her birthday. So far, the newness hasn't worn off. She and her brother love watching him and helping feed him. Leo & Oscar
Oh! How Leo would love to get his chops on poor little Oscar! He just sits and stares at him for hours at a time! Look @ Oscar in his cage (far left) and look at Leo, it's hilarious!

8.15.08 First Day of Kindergarten!!!
Today was Sydney's first day of school and she LOVED it! She will go back next Friday and then she'll start going full time on the 25th. She has been looking forward to this for some time now. I'm not so sure Barry and I were as ready! Saturday, August 2, 2008

Sydney's Last Day of Preschool
Today was Sydney's last day of preschool! Her first day of Kindergarten is August 15th (GG's birthday!).

Just my luck! I'm going to have baby birds chirping on my front door! We won't be able to use the door until they are gone because it opens to the inside...what if a bird flies in my house! I can't wait to see the babies!
Big Boy Bed !!!
With reluctance...we got Jackson a "big boy bed". I've been trying to keep him a baby as long as I can! He LOVES it! He actually stayed in it and didn't get up until the next morning. I'm CERTAIN this won't last though. I'll keep you posted!

Today we registered Sydney for KINDERGARTEN!!! I can't believe it! How time flies...
What a big sister!
Sydney just about has every book memorized! She is "reading" to Jackson. She is such a big help to me when i'm trying to get stuff done around the house. She really entertains her brother. I'm VERY lucky, I know!
